In recent years, there is growing evidence that climate change has a tremendous impact on human health. However, much work is still needed on solution-focused research to mitigate the health risks. The NIH is launching the Climate Change and Health Initiative, which is a a collaboration between NIH institutes and biomedical research community to address these challenges and to develop solutions.
