In a randomized study comparing the effectiveness of pediatric pupillary dilation and cycloplegia using Nanodropper versus standard of care, the authors found similar clinical efficacy with the Nanodropper. The novel adapter can prolong the usage of medication, reduce medical waste, and minimize systemic absorption.
